With Autumn just around the corner, we thought it would be a fun idea to find some of our favourite Autumn themed stationery in the warehouse. I asked everyone at WashiGang today to pick their favourite's as well as picking my own faves! We're all really enjoying the change of season and it's also a great excuse to try out a new theme when creating your planner and journal spreads!

We thought we'd do a little research into sleep journaling and sleep tracking, to find out if there are any tips on getting a better night’s sleep. Plus, we love journaling and we love sleep, so why not put them together? 

Do you ever have trouble falling asleep, have racing thoughts or have trouble winding down from your day? Journaling before bed significantly decreases distractions, overthinking and worrying, which allows you to fall asleep faster.

If you're fairly new to bullet journaling, Adorel has broken down the process of creating a bullet journal spread with a very helpful guide on how to create a bullet journal spread. And if you're not new to bullet journaling, read on for a few tips and tricks that Adorel has shared for getting you to think outside the box and use your tool kit in a different way. 

We thought we'd try a pen test with the new Paper24 Dot Grid Bullet Journal to see for ourselves and we were very happy with the results. The paper feels silky smooth to write on. After testing a number of different brush pens, gel pens and markers we didn't find any ghosting or bleeding.
